What A Nevada Governors Can
Do About Illegal Immigration
By Ken Record
Remember this.
Whenever you hear, “Immigration is a federal problem
and there’s nothing a governor can do about it,” you
are hearing a cop out. Now, some governors and
gubernatorial candidates are weasel wording by implying
that only border state governors can do something.
Hello there! The last time I checked Minnesota, Georgia,
Kentucky, Maine and New Hampshire were still part
of the union.

ARE WE
A REPUBLIC OR A DEMOCRACY?
Walter E. Williams
January 5, 2005
We often hear the claim that our nation
is a democracy. That wasn't the vision of the founders.
They saw democracy as another form of tyranny. If
we've become a democracy, I guarantee you that the
founders would be deeply disappointed by our betrayal
of their vision. The founders intended, and laid out
the ground rules, for our nation to be a republic.

After
9-11 I was shocked into realizing that I had to do
more to participate in what was going on in our country.
Two things shocked me, 1. the threat of terrorism
on our freedoms, 2. The more immediate threat of the
Leftists who all came out of the woodwork in opposition
to those fighting for freedom. read

NEVADA
SUPREME COURTS DECISION WHICH VIOLATED THE NEVADA
CONSTITUTION -
One
of our main purposes is to protect the constitution
and the rights it gives the citizens of our state
and nation. In 2003 the Nevada State Constitution
came under attack by our very own State Supreme Court.
With no justification the court ruled to invalidate
an amendment that the people of Nevada had voted twice
to pass which would require the State Legislature
to have 2/3 majority vote to increase taxes. The reason
they gave for doing so was that the people of the
state were too stupid to know what they were voting
for when they passed the amendment.
