HELP FIGHT GREED!

I need your help to fight the AFL-CIO and the teacher’s union.
They are opposed to the First Amendment right of we the people to petition our government.

I
believe this is a frivolous lawsuit, motivated by greedy self-interest designed to waste our
money and time and defeat the initiative process.

Many have asked who would oppose us and why.   Here is the answer in their own words:

“…Nevada State AFl-CIO, its affiliates and their members would be directly and adversely affected by
passage of the Initiative through a reduction in work hours or the elimination of jobs, a reduction in income
or a loss of income from employment, and a deterioration in working conditions caused by reductions in state
and local spending.”   “Nevada State Education Association (NSEA)is a nonstock, nonprofit cooperative
corporation  that exists, in part, to promote the profession of teaching, and the cause of education…To the
extent the Initiative would limit tax revenues available for public education and other governmental services in
the State of Nevada…NSEA and its members would be directly and adversely affected by passage of the
initiative through a reduction in work hours or the elimination of jobs, a reduction in income or a loss of
income from employment, and a deterioration in working conditions caused by reductions in school spending.”

Did Danny Thompson, lobbyist for the AFL-CIO lie to the newspapers?   Read the quote from the following
article in the Las Vegas Review Journal:

Critics at the time complained Thompson was motivated by the benefits union members receive from
government spending.

He denied Tuesday that his motivation in challenging Angle's petition had anything to do with preserving
the revenue local governments and school districts receive from property taxes.

"Our motivation for doing it is they would put people in a position where they will pay more in taxes in
some cases. I don't even know if revenue to local government would be reduced if her petition passed."
